14-day money-back guarantee
Every paid DeutschPass track (B1, B2, C1) comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a track isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase date and we’ll refund it in full — no forms, no justification required.
Relationship to statutory withdrawal rights
Because our content is digital and unlocks immediately on payment, the statutory 14-day EU withdrawal right for digital content ends once you confirm immediate delivery at checkout, as permitted under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB). This guarantee is a voluntary commitment we make on top of that — it gives you the same 14-day window as a matter of policy, regardless of how much of the content you’ve accessed.
How to request a refund
Email youssefkhaled02@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase, with the track name and (if you have it) your order/receipt reference. We aim to confirm every refund within 2 business days.
Processing time
Refunds are issued to your original payment method by our payment provider, acting as Merchant of Record. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days of approval. Your paid access is removed once the refund is processed.
Fair use
The guarantee is meant for genuine cases where the track wasn’t a fit. We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same track, or refund requests tied to a violation of our Terms of Service.
